Advertising and Affiliate Marketing
At present, we employ no Banner advertising on our Web site.
We participate in affiliate marketing programs, where we
provide links from our site to the sites of specific vendors. These
vendors pay us a small commission in the
event you buy something after being referred to them by our site. The

Part II. Information Usage.
The information collected by ProvocativeClothing.com will be used for
routine operation of the site. Users who provide their e-mail information
for our mailing list will receive email announcements
from time to time advising them of events concerning the site. We
contract with a third-party company to provide our mailing system (Roving
Software Inc.) We have elected for this system to be
"double opt-in" meaning you first sign up and then confirm you have
signed up. Links will be provided in all e-mail to unsubscribe or
change your interests.
The information we collect will not be used to create customer
profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We
will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data
from other sources.
We will not share data with third parties except as required by
